Here in the Tarentaise Valley we offer you our little corner of Paradise for you to experience walking holidays in the stunningly beautiful French Alps. Dramatic Alpine scenery and unspoilt breathtakingly beautiful landscapes, combined with fabulous food and wine is a match made in heaven . Our walking holidays are based on this exact match.

Whatever your ability or experience, we have the flexibility to create a walking itinerary to suit you.

Staying in our beautiful Alpine Chalet on the edge of the Vanoise National Park you can choose how much walking you want to do.

Over the years  we have put together a superb  selection of day walks, covering all levels of difficulty, walks offering amazing  mountain views, rare and beautiful wild flowers, and a vast range of birds and other wildlife.

If you prefer to take the hard work out of it come in July and August when the ski lifts are open to walkers so you can attain height without the effort and experience the wonderful views this Valley has to offer.

For those that prefer self guided we can provide maps, routecards and local information  so you can explore at your own pace. Alternatively we can offer walks with  the expertise of a qualified guide .

Jonny is a fully qualified International Mountain Leader and has a true passion for the Mountains.

Having lived here for over 10 years he knows the Tarentaise area very well. A skier/ snow shoer in the Winter and a walking guide in the Summer he feels lucky to work and live in his dream environment.

His knowledge of birds, wildlife and flowers stems from his childhood and his enthusiasm for life in the mountains is unyielding.

Our holidays offer a very personal touch as we are a family run business involved in all aspects from guiding you round the mountain to preparing your meals.

People arrive as gusets but leave as friends!
